Make your visit to Santa Claus Office even more special with the Christmas Express Pass. Arrive at your pre-booked time, skip the regular queue and enjoy a private meeting with Santa Claus, with time reserved especially for your family.
Santa’s Photographer Elves will capture the special moments, so everyone in your family can be fully present and enjoy the meeting. You will receive digital photos and a video of your visit as part of your Christmas Express Pass.
Your Christmas Express Pass includes:
- Priority access at your pre-booked time
- A private meeting with Santa Claus
- Professional photos taken by Santa’s Photographer Elves
- A video of your meeting
Visit information:
Duration: Approximately 10 minutes in total, including around 5 minutes with Santa Claus
Price: 500€ per family
Group size: One family, maximum 8 persons
Languages: Finnish or English
Availability: We offer daily time slots during the Christmas season and a limited number of appointments at other times of the year.

Booking:
Book a specific meeting time in advance to secure your visit. We offer a limited number of appointments, especially during the Christmas season, so we recommend booking early.

Arrival and important information:
You will find the Christmas Express Pass entrance at the back of Santa Claus Office, on the Joulumaantie side of the building. Please arrive at the designated entrance in time for your appointment.
During your meeting, you can put your phone away and simply enjoy the moment together. Santa’s Photographer Elves will capture the special memories for you. To preserve the atmosphere and help your family focus fully on the experience, we ask you not to use personal cameras, phones or other recording devices inside Santa Claus Office.
Personal gifts cannot be brought into Santa Claus Office, but Santa’s Surprise Gift makes it easy to add an unforgettable extra touch to your visit.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel 15–31 days before your visit, we will refund 50% of the booking price.
- If you cancel 14 days or less before your visit, we cannot offer a refund.
