DELIVERY TIMES AND DISPATCH METHOD

Santa Claus Office mainly processes orders within 2–4 days of placing the order. Deliveries are handled by Posti Oy (Finnish Post Office). Delivery times within Finland are 2–4 days, to the Nordic nations and the rest of Europe 4–6 weekdays and to the rest of the world 6–15 weekdays. Peak times (such as Christmas) can affect processing and delivery times.

A tracking number will be given for all orders and is automatically sent to the email address of the person who placed the order, once the order has been given for Posti to dispatch. You can track your order in Finland using the tracking number at posti.fi or through the free-of-charge OmaPosti app. For international orders, you can track your order using international post office networks in most countries in the world.

The recipient must check the order and any possible complaints of damages must be immediately notified when the order has been received.

The vendor shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure) or for any indirect harm caused by the damaged or delayed delivery.

PRICES

The prices of products are clearly stated in the online shop. Prices are stated in euros (EUR/€). Santa Claus Office reserves the right to change prices. Prices include VAT applicable for the product(s) in question.

Shipping costs are added to the total sum for the order in cart.

RIGHTS FOR EXCHANGE AND REFUND / ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to return a product that is faulty or broken, please contact us first info@santaclausoffice.com.

When placing an order with the online shop, there is a 14-day exchange and return policy. The buyer must send a cancellation notification by email within 14 days of receiving the delivery to info@santaclausoffice.com. Not picking up the order or just sending it back is not enough.

Please note that the buyer shall be responsible for costs incurred for exchanging and returning products. The product(s) must be in original packaging, unused and fit for sale. A form for returning any product(s) will be included with the delivery.

Please make sure you ask (Posti) for a receipt for returning the product. Without this receipt, we cannot take responsibility for any possible loss of the returned product. Please retain your receipt up until such time as we have sent you a notification via email that we have received the product(s) you returned.
