You can also order Surprise gift in advance when you are coming to Santa Claus Office by choosing ”Collect from Santa Claus Office” as a shipping option at the checkout. Please make your order latest 3 days before the visit.

Please show the order confirmation to the elves when you arrive to Santa Claus Office. Santa Claus will give the gift when you meet him.
