You can also order Surprise gift in advance when you are coming to Santa Claus Office by choosing ”Collect from Santa Claus Office” as a shipping option at the checkout. Gifts are also available in Santa Claus Office.

Please show the order confirmation to the Elves at the entrance when you arrive to Santa Claus Office. Santa Claus will give the gift when you meet him.
