Booking Information:
To guarantee your spot, you must book your meeting time in advance. Meetings will be available for bookings in September 2025.  Time slots are limited, so we recommend booking early!

Important Notes:

• Entrance is at the backside of the Santa Claus Office (Joulumaantie).
• Personal gifts and cameras are not permitted inside Santa’s secret office.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel 31-15 days before your visit for a 50% refund.
• No refunds if canceled within 14 days of your booking.
